Exhibition Circular Art

Artists who work with worthless materials such as old paper, shards, old archive photos and waste wood will be given ample opportunity this summer in Beeldend Gesproken. In the exhibition we explore the limits of waste and investigate how seemingly useless materials can be reused.

There are free workshops in which you learn under the guidance of artists how to turn unusable materials and waste into usable items. Several workstations have been set up in the gallery where you can see creative makers and repairers in action and talk to them. Discover the creative potential of residual materials in the exhibition and be inspired to creative reuse and reduce consumption.

Participating artists include Noortje van Kamer, Marianne Kuiper, Erna van Sambeek, Jim Gijbels and Helen Roeten. Check the website of Beeldend Gesproken for the dates and registration for the free workshops.

Including the Give & Take shop where you can take good utensils for free and return your own unnecessary items in exchange.

This exhibition is made possible by the Neighborhood Budgets of Stadsdeel West.
