5 May: Celebrate freedom with music and dance

In the Netherlands, we are blessed with an extraordinary amount of freedom. On 5 May, we celebrate this in De Hallen with a programme of performances where local and foreign singers, dancers and musicians show how they are free by expressing themselves in different ways. In this way, you can enjoy, among others, The International School of Amsterdam with as many as 10 marimbas in the passage, Amsterdam Gay Men’s Chorus, young European Roma and Sinti artists, wheelchair dancers, Lindy Hoppers, the Flamenco choir Coro del Campo and more!
