SeeYou@Art exhibition “Colorful City”
Who am I and who do I want to be? This is the central question in “The Colorful City” on Saturday, September 14th in the Passage of De Hallen Amsterdam. During this exhibition organized by SeeYou@Art, artists from different countries share their vision on the theme of identity.
Come and have a look, talk to the artists, meet other local residents or participate in one of the activities.
Participating artists are Annemie Gers, Bibi Altink, Caroline Prast, Julia Filament, Lana van Lanigh, Miki Fuseya, Raoul Lasina, Saskia Arty and Susan Steenhuis.
Mixed media workshop
Discover your own creativity in the mixed media workshop of Mademoiselle Chocolat. In this workshop based on works of Frida Kahlo & Picasso you learn how you can visualize the theme of identity in your own artwork. The workshop consists of two half-days and is suitable for all levels and ages. Tickets for € 35 can be purchased via firstname.lastname@example.org.

Portraits of local residents by Ron Zwagemaker
During the exhibition there will also be a unique project by photographer Ron Zwagemaker. He portrays local residents of various backgrounds from the cozy Oud West district.
